Beneficiation Overview
Beneficiation is the technology to separate different ores which are mixed together when they get moved from mine. We can also call this beneficiation process as ore beneficiation or mineral beneficiation. Beneficiation process
Generally speaking, beneficiation process demands to go through five steps: firstly, it is crushing process. Crushing makes lumpish stones into smaller granule. Next we should wash these ores to makes them high purity. We wash ores to avoid mud block the meshes of screening. There may also be solubility injurious ingredient mixed in ores, in which condition we also should wash the ores. Then these stones should get screened into different grades according to their size. The screening process can work together with washing process in swaging machine. The next step is beneficiation process.
