Belt Feeder Overview
SBM designs and manufactures heavy duty belt feeders for use in mining and other arduous applications. Belt feeders are designed to suit specific requirements using standardized components. Reliability and ease of maintenance is a feature of SBM belt feeders.
Belt Feeder Features
1. Heavy duty steel frames
2. Up to 108" (2740 mm) wide belts
3. VFD drive with speed reducers or Hagglunds shaft-mounted hydraulic drive
4. Head shaft has pillow blocks with split housings
5. Tail shaft bearings, adapter sleeves, and Taconite seals are mounted in IEM hydraulic take-ups
6. Bearings are all double row spherical roller
7. Hydraulic take-up assist with manual (or powered) power unit
8. Primary belt cleaner and V-plow standard.
9. Engineered class head and tail pulleys
10. Hourglass belt roller side guides are included
Belt feeder applications
Belt feeder is used widely in coal mining industry, ore crushing industry, construction industry etc. For example, we can install belt feeders to our mobile crusher or portable crushing station so mobile crusher can crushing more easily and work efficiently.
