Electromechanical Vibratory Feeder
EMF feeders are offered in various models with different capacities ranging from 10 to 500 tons per hour, based on dry sand weighing 100 pounds per cubic foot. These capacities depend on: Material density, Trough liner type, Trough length, Trough width, Hopper transitions, Skirt board arrangement.
All our feeders need separate controllers and have very dependable, flexible solid-state control. The feed rates are adjustable and the response is prompt. Control devices can also be provided for integration in systems using external signals from automatic sensing devices in instruments. Special control arrangements can also be provided to select and sequence a group of feeders. It also includes variable frequency controls for RF and MF feeders which provide linear feed rate and are offered for either local or remote control operation. All the control components are enclosed in a sturdy wall-mounted enclosure and are available in general purpose, dust-tight, watertight or explosion-proof construction.

Electromechanical vibratory feeder can be used for industries catered such as food, mining, cement, refractory, iron ore, coal feeding, feed, chemical, pharmaceutical etc. Electromagnetic feeder has typical applications such as flow flow-extraction from silo / hopper, flow-regulation for weighing equipment, flow-feeding for / in process lines.
