The PFW Series Primary Impact Crusher
The PFW Series Primary Impact Crusher is ideally suited to crush run of quarry, medium-hard materials down to a product size of 0 – 6 inches (97% -4”) in a single pass. Due to its excellent control of limiting the upper product size, this machine is an ideal choice for cement plants where the raw grinding is performed by a vertical roller mill or roller press.
Adjusting the apron setting is fast, safe and easy. Fingertips do the work with handheld controls. An automated apron reset feature simplifies crusher operation for consistent performance. Hydraulic cylinders equipped with position sensors provide dependable relief when encountering tramp metal. It automatically returns the apron to the pre-set position, allowing continuous crushing and sizing.
Heavy-duty mono-block aprons provide long life and are interchangeable throughout the Primary impact crusher. Additionally, only two shapes of frame liners are used. By utilizing interchangeable wear parts, the Primary impact crusher significantly reduces the “onsite” wear parts inventory needs, simplifying maintenance and reducing operating costs.
