PVC Plastic
PVC is the abbreviation of the poly vinyl chloride. The PVC is actually the material that is used in the making of the buildings and the pipes. The PVC pipes are the best kind of the plastics in the market. The pvc plastic is used in the many building materials. It is used in the pipes, windows, machines and in many other things as well.
Raw Materials
The main raw materials, which produce the main ingredients of PVC, includes: Sea Salt, Petroleum Oil, Chlorine, Ethylene and Additives.
Different additives can be mixed into the manufacturing process of the PVC to modify the characteristics of the PVC. For example, during the manufacturing process, antioxidants can be added to slow down how quickly the PVC degrades when exposed to oxygen, light or heat. Plasticisers can be added to make the PVC more flexible, and impact modifiers can be added to make the PVC more durable or better able to absorb shocks. Different additives allow the PVC to become a different color or reduce the flammability of the PVC.
The making of PVC Plastic
The chemical process for making PVC involves three steps: first, production of the monomer, vinyl chloride; then the linking of these monomer units in a polymerisation process; and finally the blending of the polymer with additives. As follows:
Making of Calcite Powder
The most suitable for calcite powder making is ultrafine grinding mill. Our ultrafine grinding mill is the ideal equipment to grind calcite, chalk, limestone, dolomite, kaolin, gypsum, feldspar to micro powder between 47~5 microns, which features high efficiency, long lifetime of wearing parts, high safety and reliability, the product fineness can reach D97≤5μm and environment friendly.
The other machine can be used in calcite powder making is Raymond mill. Raymond mill is the traditional grinding mill, which can be used to grind non-flammable and non-explosive materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and moisture content below 6%, such as limestone, gypsum, calcium carbonate, barite, calcite, feldspar, clinker, dolomite, silicon carbide, etc. Size of final products can be adjusted between 30-2500 mesh.
