This circular vibrating screen is made up of screening case, supporting device, vibrator and gearing. The tubbish vibrator is set up in the middle of the case. The vibrating force is changed by adjusting the eccentric block to adjust the amplitude. Bearing is lubricated by lubricating grease.
The screening surface is the main structure of the circular vibrating screen. It should use wire netting twisted by high grade and durable steel wire. The size of the hole controls the classified size.
Precautions in the operation of circular vibrating screen
The vibrating screen should be grounded. The wire should be reliable and insulated. It should be installed in the snakeskin pipe. Cut off the electricity when overhauling.
